# Return & Refund Policy ## Return Period We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. ## Eligibility for Returns - Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. - Defective or damaged items are eligible for a full refund or free replacement. - Change of mind returns are not accepted. ## Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at STTWUNAKE@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions. ## Return Shipping Costs - For defective or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping cost. - For all other returns: The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. ## Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
